I live in Mississippi and received news concerning a family member being admitted to a Nashville hospital and wanted to send a flower arrangement... A few hours later, I received a text stating that the family member was being discharged from the hospital that afternoon... I called Michael at Smoot’s and explained the situation thinking the worst. He was extremely cooperative by offering to deliver an arrangement to her house and asked for the new delivery location. Unbelievable service! A few hours later, he called me and stated that he took it upon himself to deliver the arrangement that day. It is a great pleasure transacting business with a customer service-oriented shop.

My husband sent me flowers and for almost $200 this was not worth it. Not even the signature card had effort put into it the flower arrangement is nice after I removed the dead flowers but not worth 200 for a premium arrangement. And not what was ordered Edit it has been 3 months and today I came to work to see these flowers, I love them and It made me and my husband feel good that after all this time we weren’t forgotten. Lots of appreciation and more whiling to tell my husband to give you guys another chance when sending me flowers. Thank you for making my day today

My bouquet seemed a little light for the deluxe package. I called and explained the flowers did not seem as full and provide as statement as much as the photo provided. Mike explained that I did not request for substitutions. This was on me as I was not aware this was a thing. Due to supply they made the best with what they had. (The flowers were extremely fresh and pretty!) With the arrangement smaller than anticipation I Inquired if they would refund a portion from deluxe to standard package. Mike was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to make it right for the individual who received the flowers! He even provided recommendations for future occurrences so this didn't happen again. Thank you again Smoots Flowers!!! I have been in customer service for years and was extremely impressed with the services.
